Location is OK, a few local shops, a couple of banks with atm. But otherwise you always need a taxi to get round. That is fine as I expected that and it is quite close to giga mall, etc. The rooms were a good size, corridors bright and large, customer service was awesome too. Would happily stay again.

I had a fantastic stay at Best Western in Islamabad. The room was beautifully designed and very comfortable, with an excellent bed that made for a great night’s sleep. The staff were outstanding – especially Hisham at reception, who was warm, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast was another highlight, with plenty of fresh, tasty options that really set the day off right. On top of that, the price was very reasonable, especially compared to many of the overpriced hotels in Islamabad. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I’d highly recommend Best Western to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and value. Giga mall was only a couple of minutes away.

We had travelled from the UK and booked a night to stay close to Independence Day festivities. The bed was like floating on a pillow! Really had a great night sleep that we considered booking another night. Staff were so respectful and accommodating. Room and bathroom were clean. Security was great we felt very safe here. Should definitely be a 4 star hotel - with more amenities it could push towards 5 star. We really enjoyed our stay - thank you

Its a new property. The room for twin beds was big. All staff were very friendly and always offering help especially the reception staff. House keeping staff were amazing. There is TKR restaurant next door which is really super food.

Very clean and well-maintained rooms. The staff was efficient and courteous. Everything was well-equipped, and I’m really happy to have had such a comfortable experience at a reasonable price. I’ll definitely prefer BW for my future stays. May Allah bless you
